Originally, I named this salad “Summer Salad” when I prepared it in August. But now, summer has passed around here and we are in deep autumn .However, enjoy this wonderful salad anywhere, anytime, and in any weather.

Vinaigrette
Cooking Instructions
1.
Dress the Gouda (12 ounce), Onion (2), Scallion (1 bunch), and Radish (1 bunch) with a generous splash of Vinaigrette (to taste). Marinate for around an hour.
2.
Drizzle the Heirloom Tomato (1 pound) with more Vinaigrette (to taste).
3.
Top with the cheese salad and serve.

Goes great with a crusty baguette.
