Sweet Chili Sauce
to taste
Garlic Paste
to taste
2 Tbsp
Peanut Oil
to taste
Freshly Squeezed  Lemon Juice
or Lime Juice
1/2 cup
Diced  Cucumbers
1 Tbsp
Chopped  Onions
to taste
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
to taste
Iceberg Lettuce
to taste
Vinaigrette
Lime Vinaigrette

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Season the Shrimp (16 ounce) with Sweet Chili Sauce (to taste), Garlic Paste (to taste), and Kosher Salt (to taste).
Step 2
Heat Peanut Oil (2 tablespoon) until very hot, then stir-fry the shrimp until nearly cooked through. Remove tigers, drizzle with Lemon Juice (to taste).
Step 3
For the salsa, mix Cucumber (1/2 cup), Onion (1 tablespoon), Fresh Cilantro (1 tablespoon), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste), Garlic Paste (to taste), Kosher Salt (to taste), and Lemon Juice (to taste).
Step 4
Spread some Iceberg Lettuce (to taste) on a serving plate. Drizzle with Vinaigrette (to taste), and top with the shrimp and salsa before serving.
