Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Combine Unsweetened Pomegranate Juice (1 1/2 cup) and Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup) in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add Lemon (3 tablespoon), Cinnamon Stick (2) and Whole Clove (6).
Peel and core the D'anjou Pear (4) and arrange the pears cut side down in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Pour the pomegranate syrup over the pears and place the dish in the oven. Bake for about 45 minutes, basting occasionally, until the pears are tender and easily pierced with sharp knife.
Place the pears in shallow bowls and spoon the syrup over top. Sprinkle the Pomegranate Seeds (1/2 cup) around the pears and garnish with an extra Cinnamon Stick (1). Serve hot, cold or room and room temperature. Enjoy!
