In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, toast the
Walnuts (1 cup)
until fragrant—about 2 minutes.
Let cool about 5 minutes before tossing with 1 tsp zest from the
Plain Goat Cheese Log (1)
into toasted walnuts, pressing firmly until the whole log is covered.
Serve same day with pairings of choice. I used herb crackers, olives, candied oranges, honey, prosciutto, and almonds.
