Author's Notes

Use distilled, boiled, and cooled water for less murky ice cubes. Add a lot of flowers to each well! I wish I had added more to mine. Make these into little frozen gardens of beauty!

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
For flower and water ice: Place Edible Flowers (to taste) face down in each ice cube well, then fill half full with water and freeze. Fill to top and freeze again.
Step 2
For flower, elderflower syrup, and water ice: Evenly distribute Elderflower Syrup (2 Tbsp) into each well of the ice cube tray. Fill to halfway with water and gently mix the water and elderflower syrup. Place flowers face down and freeze.
