Peel your hard boiled
and rinse off any excess shell pieces.
Combine together the
Distilled White Vinegar (2 cups)
Water (1 cup)
Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup)
Salt (1 Tbsp)
. You can mix all together in your measuring cup if desired or a bowl. Dissolve this mixture until clear.
Pour liquid over the eggs in seal-able jars. Add
Food Coloring (to taste)
and stir. This is optional and won't affect taste, but will add vibrant color to the eggs.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
