Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Step 2
Peel off the skin of the
Jicama (1)
. Chop jicama into matchstick-style fries.
Step 3
Toss fries in a bowl with the juice of the
Lime (1)
,
Creole Seasoning (1 tsp)
and
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
. Transfer fries to a baking sheet, discarding the excess liquid.
Step 4
Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for around 45 minutes, until well browned all around, stirring every 10 minutes so they cook evenly.
Step 5
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces for fries.
