Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a food processor pulse Walnut (1/2 cup) and Garlic (1 clove) until fine.
Step 2
Add the Jarred Roasted Red Peppers (1 cup), Sun-Dried Tomatoes (1/2 cup), Fresh Parsley (1/4 cup), Cayenne Pepper (1/4 teaspoon) and Salt (1/2 teaspoon) and pulse again until incorporated.
Step 3
Add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/3 cup) slowly and continue to pulse until smooth.
Step 4
Serve with your favorite dipping ingredients such as Mixed Vegetables (to taste) or Bread (to taste).
