Jarred Roasted Red Peppers (1 cup)
Sun-Dried Tomatoes (1/2 cup)
Fresh Parsley (1/4 cup)
Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
and pulse again until incorporated.
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/3 cup)
slowly and continue to pulse until smooth.
