Step 1
In a food processor pulse Walnuts (1/2 cup) and Garlic (1 clove) until fine.
Step 2
Add the Jarred Roasted Red Peppers (1 cup) , Sun-Dried Tomatoes (1/2 cup) , Fresh Parsley (1/4 cup) , Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp) and Salt (1/2 tsp) and pulse again until incorporated.
Step 3
Add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/3 cup) slowly and continue to pulse until smooth.
Step 4
Serve with your favorite dipping ingredients such as Mixed Vegetables (to taste) or Bread (to taste) .
