Cooking Instructions
1.
Crack an Egg (1) into a bowl, add Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and Fresh Chives (3 stalks), and mix well.

Cut the Tofu (1 pckg) into 1cm thick, 4 cm wide slices. Coat the tofu in Corn Starch (to taste).

Dip the tofu into the egg mixture.

Pour Frying Oil (as needed) in a pan and lay the slices in one by one. Fry until both sides of the tofu are golden brown.
5.
In a small bowl, mix Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp), stock or Water (1 Tbsp), Light Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), Scallions (1 Tbsp), Thai Chili Pepper (1), Fresh Cilantro (3 sprigs) and Toasted White Sesame Seeds (1 tsp). Serve with fried tofu. Enjoy!
