Combine in a large bowl the Chicken Wings (3 lb), Beer (1/2 bottle), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup), Salt (1/8 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1/8 tsp). Mix until well coated.

Pre-heat grill to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C). If using wood chip smoking box on a gas grill, keep grill burner ON directly underneath the box for 30 minutes before starting to grill the chicken.

Lay wings on the grill and liberally sprinkle Creole Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp) on the side facing up of the wings. Grill the wings for 10 minutes before flipping.

Flip chicken and sprinkle the bare side liberally with Creole Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp). Grill the other side for 10 minutes.

Reduce temperature to 250-300 degrees F (121-148 degrees C) and grill wings an additional 20 minutes until done through the center of the meat.
