Step 1
Combine in a large bowl the
Chicken Wings (3 lb)
,
Beer (1/2 bottle)
,
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
,
Salt (1/8 tsp)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1/8 tsp)
. Mix until well coated.
Step 2
Pre-heat grill to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C). If using wood chip smoking box on a gas grill, keep grill burner ON directly underneath the box for 30 minutes before starting to grill the chicken.
Step 3
Lay wings on the grill and liberally sprinkle
Creole Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp)
on the side facing up of the wings. Grill the wings for 10 minutes before flipping.
Step 4
Flip chicken and sprinkle the bare side liberally with
Creole Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp)
. Grill the other side for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Reduce temperature to 250-300 degrees F (121-148 degrees C) and grill wings an additional 20 minutes until done through the center of the meat.
Step 6
Serve with
Blue Cheese Dressing (to taste)
and
Celery (to taste)
