Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, warm the Whole Milk (2 cups) over low heat.
Step 2
Remove from heat, then add the Bittersweet Chocolate (1 cup) and whisk until melted and fully incorporated.
Step 3
Return the sauce pan to the stove and bring to a low boil. Stir constantly for 2-3 minutes until mixture thickens.
Step 4
Allow to cool slightly, then pour into cups. If desired, add a few flecks of coarse salt on top.
