Fill a copa glass or a large wine glass with Ice (to taste).

Pour over a measure of London Dry Gin (3 1/3 Tbsp) followed by three times as much of the Fever-Tree Tonic Water (2/3 cup).

Peel a strip from the outside of the Lime (1), twist it over the top of the glass to spritz the oil into the drink, then drop into the glass.
