Slice Chicken Breast (2 pound) into thin strips and add to a bowl. Add Greek Yogurt (1 cup), Garam Masala (1 tablespoon), Chili Powder (1 teaspoon), Ground Cumin (1 teaspoon) and Ground Coriander (1 teaspoon).
Add Butter (1/4 cup) to a medium pot over medium heat. Add a Sweet Onion (1), Fresh Ginger (2 tablespoon), Garlic (4 clove). Let those things cook together until the veggies soften, 3-4 minutes.
Add Tomato Paste (1/4 cup) and Chicken Stock (2 cup) to the pot and bring the mixture to a simmer.
Add the marinated chicken into the pot along with the marinade. Stir everything together and bring the mixture to a low simmer. Let the mixture simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring it occasionally
Stir in the Heavy Cream (1 cup), Butter (1/4 cup). Season with Kosher Salt (1 teaspoon) and Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon). Serve with White Rice (to taste) and garnish with Fresh Cilantro (to taste). Enjoy!
