Cooking Instructions

Rub
Sesame Oil (2 Tbsp)
on the
Tyson® Chicken Legs (6)
and then top with a pinch of black pepper. Let sit for about 20 minutes.

After washing and draining the
White Rice (2 cups)
put it into the rice cooker. Add the
Chicken Stock (3 cups)
,
Fresh Ginger (1 in)
,
Garlic (3 cloves)
, and
Pandan Leaves (3)
. Arrange the chicken drumsticks over the rice. Turn on the rice cooker and let it cook.

When the rice cooker shuts off, remove the lid and let it sit for about 10 minutes.

Remove the kitchen from the rice cooker and fluffy the rice with a fork or a pair of chopsticks. Serve the rice with chicken and some
Hot Sauce (to taste)
