Rub Sesame Oil (2 Tbsp) on the Chicken Drumsticks (6) and then top with a pinch of black pepper. Let sit for about 20 minutes.

After washing and draining the White Rice (2 cups) put it into the rice cooker. Add the Chicken Stock (3 cups), Fresh Ginger (1 in), Garlic (3 cloves), and Pandan Leaves (3). Arrange the chicken drumsticks over the rice. Turn on the rice cooker and let it cook.
