Step 1
Carefully slice the

into 5 even layers using a sharp bread knife or cake-wire.

Being assembling the layers by generously spreading the bread with part of the
Butter (1/2 cup)

Spread a layer of

on top of the butter.
Step 5
Place a layer of
Ham (8 oz)
on top.
Step 6
Cover with the second "cake" layer.
Step 7
Spread another layer of butter and
Yellow Mustard (1 tsp)

Step 8
Top with
Iceberg Lettuce (8 pieces)
.
Step 9
Cover with the third "cake" layer.
Step 10
Spread a thin layer of the whipped cream cheese and
Yellow Mustard (1 tsp)
on the bread. Top with a layer of
White Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
.
Step 11
Butter the top layer of the cake with butter.
Step 12
Carefully place on top and firmly press down to secure the layers.
Step 13
Frost with as much
Whipped Cream Cheese (2 cups)
and make sure to cover liberally.
Step 14
Decorate the sides of the Ham and Cheese Cake with
Multi-Colored Sprouts (to taste)
and decorate the top of the cake with
Edible Flowers (to taste)
