Mix together the
Ricotta Cheese (1 cup)
Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup)
Lemons (1 Tbsp)
Salt (1 pinch)
Lightly flour your rolling surface and gradually roll out the
Puff Pastry (2 pieces)
with a rolling pin.
Cut the dough into squares.
Put 1 teaspoon of
Just Jan’s® Fruit Spread (to taste)
and one teaspoon of the cheese mixture on each pastry square.
Bring the corners together and pinch the corners to seal.
and brush on pastry as an egg wash.
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
