In a small bowl mix together the
Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp)
Black and White Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp)
Curry Powder (1 tsp)
and a pinch of
Salt (1 pinch)
Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch)
Salmon Fillets (1.8 lb)
pieces on a baking tray skin side down, and spread evenly with the sesame mixture.
Place the tray of salmon on shelf level 2 on the ‘Humidity High’ programme and cook at 85 degrees C (185 degrees F) for 25 minutes.
Serve salmon warm with salad or rice.
