Cooking Instructions
1.
Grab some fresh Shrimp (12.5 oz), rinse them and pat them dry.
2.
In a skillet place Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) and Garlic (2 cloves), turn on to medium heat.
3.
Add the shrimps, season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and cook for about 10 minutes.
4.
Pour in the White Wine (1/2 cup) and let it evaporate on medium-high heat.
5.
Meanwhile, wash the Zucchini (2).
6.
Shred it into noodles.
7.
Add the zucchini noodles to the shrimps and stir on low heat for a few minutes. You want the zucchini to be slightly cooked but not smashed.
8.
Add some Fresh Mint (to taste) and plate it. Enjoy!
