Fresh Chives (1/2 Tbsp)
Fresh Parsley (1/2 Tbsp)
Fresh Mint (2 1/2 Tbsp)
King Prawns (1.1 lb)
Place all the ingredients along with
Salt (1 pinch)
Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch)
Fruity Olive Oil (1/3 cup)
in a sous vide bag and vacuum seal it.
Place the bag on shelf level 3 on the ‘SousVide’ program and cook at 75 degrees C (165 degrees F) for 25 minutes.
Serve with toasted bread or baguette. Drizzle with the oil that they are cooked in and garnish with additional chopped herbs.
