Slice 1/4 inch off of each end of the Lime (1) and cut it in half, lengthwise. Set one of the halves cut side-down​​ on the cutting board, slice it at an angle, lengthwise to make 3 lime wedges and set aside. It should yield a total of 6 lime wedges.

In a tin or collins glass, muddle 4 lime wedges and Fresh Mint (to taste). Add Fresh Mint Leaves (8), Sailor Jerry Rum (2 fl oz) and Agave Syrup (0.5 oz). Shake with Ice (to taste).
