Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (3/4 cup) and Cream Cheese (2 tablespoon) in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 1 minute. Stir the mixture and microwave again for 30 more seconds, until melted.
Add the Almond Flour (3/4 cup) and Egg (1), and season with a generous pinch of Salt (to taste). Mix together gently until completely combined.
If the dough is sticky, sprinkle it with a little extra almond flour. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to firm up (or freezer for 5).
Divide the dough into 6 balls and roll each out into a log.
Spray a donut pan with Nonstick Cooking Spray (to taste) and wrap the dough around the tin’s indentations. Sprinkle with the Everything Bagel Seasoning (1 tablespoon).
Bake the bagels in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
