Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C). Coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan with
Butter (1 Tbsp)
In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to mix the
Almond Flour (1 1/2 cups)
Butter (1/4 cup)
Baking Powder (1 Tbsp)
Salt (1 pinch)
Pour into the greased pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
