A shorter pan can also work well as it will give you a taller loaf. This recipe will also work as a muffin!

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F (400 degrees C). Coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan with Butter (1 tablespoon).
Step 2
In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to mix the Egg (6), Almond Flour (1 1/2 cup), Butter (4 tablespoon), Baking Powder (3 teaspoon), and Salt (1 pinch) until combined.
Step 3
Pour into the greased pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 4
Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
