Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Add the Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1 cup), Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (1 cup), Sliced Almonds (1/2 cup), Pepitas (1/3 cup), Chia Seeds (1/3 cup), Sunflower Seeds (1/3 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1 tablespoon), Stevia (1 tablespoon), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), and Coconut Oil (1/3 cup).
Place the mixture on the tray. Bake for 30-35 minutes, and take it out every 5 minutes and stir to ensure that nothing gets burned.
Let cool, and serve with your preferred milk.
