Author's Notes

Once cooled you can keep the mixture in an air-tight container, I keep it in the fridge and give it a good mix every time before eating it. It also makes a great trail mix to snack on during the day too.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2
Add the Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1 cup) , Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (1 cup) , Sliced Almonds (1/2 cup) , Pepitas (1/3 cup) , Chia Seeds (1/3 cup) , Sunflower Seeds (1/3 cup) , Ground Cinnamon (1 Tbsp) , Stevia (1 Tbsp) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , and Coconut Oil (1/3 cup) .
Step 3
Place the mixture on the tray. Bake for 30-35 minutes, and take it out every 5 minutes and stir to ensure that nothing gets burned.
Step 4
Let cool, and serve with your preferred milk.
