Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1 cup)
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (1 cup)
Sliced Almonds (1/2 cup)
Pepitas (1/3 cup)
Chia Seeds (1/3 cup)
Sunflower Seeds (1/3 cup)
Ground Cinnamon (1 Tbsp)
Stevia (1 Tbsp)
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
Coconut Oil (1/3 cup)
Place the mixture on the tray. Bake for 30-35 minutes, and take it out every 5 minutes and stir to ensure that nothing gets burned.
Let cool, and serve with your preferred milk.
