Dijon Mustard

White Wine Vinegar

to taste
Salt

Vegetable Oil
Cooking Instructions
1.
Place the yolks of the Eggs (2) in a large bowl.
2.
Add Dijon Mustard (2 tsp).
3.
Whisk to combine.
4.
Slowly add Vegetable Oil (2 cups) to eggs and dijon mustard, whisking constantly.
5.
Whip until the mixture starts to thicken and lighten in color.
6.
Slowly add White Wine Vinegar (2 Tbsp) to the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
7.
Add 1 Tbsp juice from the Lemon (1) for some zing, and whisk to combine.
8.
Season with Salt (to taste). Enjoy your homemade Classic Mayonnaise!
