Toss in any of your favorite vegetables for an easy side dish that packs a flavorful punch.
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Ground Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Prep vegetables of your choosing. Chop Broccoli (1 head) into florets.
Wash Baby Potatoes (1.1 lb).
Wash Turnips (3 3/4 cups).
Toss all vegetables with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (3 Tbsp), Kosher Salt (1 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp). Place in large baking dish.
Bake for 40 minutes or until tender.
