Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Prep vegetables of your choosing. Chop Broccoli (1 head) into florets.
Step 3
Wash Baby Potatoes (3 1/3 cups) .
Step 4
Wash Turnips (3 1/3 cups) .
Step 5
Toss all vegetables with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (3 Tbsp) , Kosher Salt (1 tsp) , and Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) . Place in large baking dish.
Step 6
Bake for 40 minutes or until tender.
