Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Prep vegetables of your choosing. Chop Broccoli (1 head) into florets.
Step 3
Wash Baby Potato (500 gram).
Step 4
Wash Turnip (500 gram).
Step 5
Toss all vegetables with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (3 tablespoon), Kosher Salt (1 teaspoon), and Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon). Place in large baking dish.
Step 6
Bake for 40 minutes or until tender.
