Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Step 2
Grease 8-inch baking dish with Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp) .
Step 3
Thinly slice the Apples (3) .
Step 4
Mix Pure Maple Syrup (1/2 cup) , Coconut Sugar (1/4 cup) , Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) , and Vanilla Extract (1 Tbsp) in a small bowl.
Step 5
Place apples in baking dish and pour mixture over the top of the apples. Use a spatula to thoroughly coat apples.
Step 6
Top with Granola (2/3 cup) .
Step 7
Melt Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp) and pour on top of the granola.
Step 8
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Step 9
Serve immediately with Vegan Whipped Cream (to taste) or coconut ice cream. Enjoy!
