Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Grease muffin pan with Butter (1 tablespoon). Place half Pie Crust (1/2) in muffin tins, smoothing and insuring there are no air bubbles.
In a saucepan, melt Butter (8 tablespoon) whisk in All-Purpose Flour (2 tablespoon). Whisk in Brown Sugar (1 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon) and Ground Nutmeg (to taste).
Add Granny Smith Apple (3) and Macintosh Apples (2) and stir until coated in mixture. Scoop filling into the muffin tins.
Slice remaining Pie Crust (1/2) into thin strips and layer over pies in a crisscross design. Sprinkle sugar over top of each pie and place in the over for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with Caramel Sauce (1/4 cup) and enjoy!
