Tahini (1/4 cup)
Lemons (2 Tbsp)
Orange Juice (2 Tbsp)
to the base of a food processor. Process for a minute, or until it turns into a fluffy paste.
Add half the
Canned Chickpeas (1 3/4 cups)
and process for another minute.
Add the other half of the garbanzo beans, lemon juice,
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (3 Tbsp)
Ground Cumin (1 tsp)
Paprika (1 pinch)
Salt (to taste)
While the processor is running, add the
Water (2 Tbsp)
one tablespoon at a time until your desired consistency is reached.
Serve with veggie sticks or anything you like.
