Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add the Tahini (1/4 cup) , Lemons (2 Tbsp) , and Orange Juice (2 Tbsp) to the base of a food processor. Process for a minute, or until it turns into a fluffy paste.
Step 2
Add half the Canned Chickpeas (1 3/4 cups) and process for another minute.
Step 3
Add the other half of the garbanzo beans, lemon juice, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (3 Tbsp) , Ground Cumin (1 tsp) , Paprika (1 pinch) , and Salt (to taste) .
Step 4
While the processor is running, add the Water (2 Tbsp) one tablespoon at a time until your desired consistency is reached.
Step 5
Serve with veggie sticks or anything you like.
