Add the Tahini (1/4 cup), Lemon (2 tablespoon), and Orange Juice (2 tablespoon) to the base of a food processor. Process for a minute, or until it turns into a fluffy paste.
Add half the Canned Chickpeas (1 3/4 cup) and process for another minute.
Add the other half of the garbanzo beans, lemon juice, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (3 tablespoon), Ground Cumin (1 teaspoon), Paprika (1 pinch), and Salt (to taste).
While the processor is running, add the Water (2 tablespoon) one tablespoon at a time until your desired consistency is reached.
Serve with veggie sticks or anything you like.
