Step 1
Preheat your press or griddle pan on medium heat over the stove. Slice
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball (1)
to desired thickness.
Step 2
Slice
Tomato (1)
to desired thickness.

Slice
Ciabatta Bread (1)
in half. Spread
Barilla® Rustic Basil Pesto (1 tsp)
to taste on either one or both sides. Layer mozzarella and tomatoes to taste.
Step 4
When ready, spray panini maker or griddle pan with the
Spray Butter (as needed)
. Place panini on press and push down gently. You can continue to lightly press down to desired thickness. Once outside has browned and cheese is melted, your panini is ready.
Step 5
Serve immediately while still warm and melty!
