Step 1
Chop the
Deli Honey Ham (4 slices)
,
Genoa Salami (4 slices)
,
Swiss Cheese (4 slices)
and
Dill Pickles (6 slices)
. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook the
80/20 Lean Ground Pork (8 oz)
.
Step 3
Once the pork is cooked through, add the
Yellow Mustard (1/3 cup)
and mix well. About 1 minute
Step 4
To assemble the
Wonton Wrappers (1 pckg)
, in the center of each wrapper add a little bit of ground pork, swiss cheese, salami, ham and pickles. Dip your finger in water and go around the edge of the wonton wrapper. Fold each of the corners upwards and press together to bind the wrapper.
Step 5
To assemble the
Egg Roll Wrappers (1 pckg)
, add a little bit of ground pork, swiss cheese, salami, ham and pickles to the bottom right corner of the wrapper, while leaving some space towards the edge. Roll the wrapper and tuck both sides in as you roll, dip your finger in water and go around the edge of the wonton wrapper to bind together.
Step 6
Heat up a few inches of
Frying Oil (as needed)
over medium heat. Add one wonton to test the heat - when it enters the oil it should bubble.
Step 7
Let finished wontons and egg rolls drain on a paper towel-lined plate then serve.
