Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
Place the
Large Shrimp (1.5 lb)
in a mixing bowl, mix with
Garlic (6 cloves)

Old Bay® Seasoning (3/4 tsp)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and
Dry White Sherry (3 Tbsp)
.
Step 3
Thinly Slice
Serrano Chili (1)
and
Baby Bell Peppers (2)
.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, combine
Panko Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)
and
Unsalted Butter (1/4 cup)
and serrano pepper and sweet mini peppers. Season with
Salt (1/4 tsp)
,
Brown Sugar (1/4 tsp)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Step 5
In a large baking dish, arrange shrimp in a single layer. Place the bread crumb mixture on top of the shrimp, making sure the shrimp is covered.
Step 6
Bake for 7 minutes, then set the oven to broil.
Step 7
Broil on high for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink and the bread crumbs are slightly brown and crispy. Garnish with chopped
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
