Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a 6-cup muffin pan with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed).

Place 2 slices of Applewood Smoked Ham (12 slices) in each muffin cup, pressing down in the middle to make room for the egg. Crack one Eggs (6) into each ham cup.
