Step 1
Add
Gluten-Free Rolled Oats (1 cup)
and
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1/2 cup)
in a food processor and pulse until just combined.
Step 2
Add
Creamy Natural Peanut Butter (1/2 cup)
,
Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)
,
Ground Ginger (1/8 tsp)
, and
Raw Honey (3 Tbsp)
to the food processor and process on high until a smooth dough is formed, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary.
Step 3
Once dough consistency is reached, break into bite sized pieces, roll into balls and refrigerate 20 minutes or so to harden (or pop in your mouth immediately!)
