Goat Cheese

Large Peach

Salt and Pepper
6 slices
Prosciutto

Directions

Step 1
Slice the Baguette (1) in half. Then slice each half again lengthwise to make two sandwiches.
Step 2
Slice the Peach (1).
Step 3
Assemble the sandwiches. Spread half the Goat Cheese (3 ounce) on the bottom halves, follow with the Fresh Basil Leaf (8) and then the peaches. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Step 4
Layer the Prosciutto (6 slice) slices atop the peaches and drizzle with Olive Oil (to taste), if desired. Close the sandwiches and serve immediately, or wrap with plastic wrap and store in the fridge.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
