Step 1
Slice the Baguette (1) in half. Then slice each half again lengthwise to make two sandwiches.
Step 2
Slice the Peach (1) .
Step 3
Assemble the sandwiches. Spread half the Goat Cheese (1/3 cup) on the bottom halves, follow with the Fresh Basil Leaves (8) and then the peaches. Sprinkle with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 4
Layer the Prosciutto (6 slices) slices atop the peaches and drizzle with Olive Oil (to taste) , if desired. Close the sandwiches and serve immediately, or wrap with plastic wrap and store in the fridge.
Step 5
Serve the sandwich and enjoy!
