You can make as much or as little of this cashew butter as you want! Just add more cashews.

Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Heat the Cashew Nuts (4 cups) in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for a minute until they're hot. This will make the process go faster.
Step 2
Add the roasted cashews into the food processor and pulse.
Step 3
Stop to give your processor a break. Process again and the mixture should slowly start to butter up. Repeat.
Step 4
Stop at desired consistency. Store in an airtight container. Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
