Step 1
To make the crust, place the
Graham Crackers (2 1/3 cups)
in a medium bowl.

Add
Unsalted Butter (1/3 cup)
and mix to combine.
Step 3
Press mixture into a pie tin, and slightly up onto the sides to form a crust.
Step 4
Make brigadeiros mixture by putting
La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 cup)
into a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (3 Tbsp)

Add
Salt (1 tsp)

Step 7
Stir thoroughly to combine.
Step 8
Continue to mix until uniform.
Step 9
Add
Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp)
and allow to melt, then stir to combine.
Step 10
Add
Vanilla Extract (1 Tbsp)
and stir to combine.
Step 11
Continue to stir until mixture thickens, about five minutes.

Pour into prepared crust, and use a spatula to smooth into an even layer.
Step 13
Prepare the meringue by putting
Caster Sugar (2 1/2 cups)
into a saucepan.

Add
Water (1/2 cup)

Step 15
Turn heat on high and bring syrup to a boil, about three minutes.
Step 16
Reduce heat to low and cook for three minutes without stirring.

Place
Eggs (5)
in the bowl of a stand mixer.
Step 18
Whisk on medium speed until soft peaks form, about four minutes.
Step 19
Slowly add in sugar syrup while the mixer remains on medium speed.
Step 20
Whip meringue until mixture turns white and glossy, about another four minutes.
Step 21
Spoon meringue mixture onto pie.
Step 22
Torch to desired level of s'more.
Step 23
Serve your S'mores Pie and enjoy!
