in a bowl.
Step 3
Rub the seasoning on each side of the
Top Round Roast (2 lb)
.
Step 4
Arrange the
Baby Carrots (3 1/2 cups)
,
Leeks (3)
, and
Button Mushrooms (4 1/2 cups)
in a roasting pan.
Step 5
Pour
Beef Bone Broth (1 1/4 cups)
over. Sprinkle with
Fresh Thyme Leaves (1/2 Tbsp)
, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Step 6
Place seasoned roast on a roasting rack and put the rack on top of the roasting pan. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until meat is 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
Step 7
Remove from the oven, loosely cover the roast with foil and let it stand for 5 minutes. Slice and serve with vegetables. Enjoy!
