Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Combine Paprika (1 teaspoon), Sea Salt (3/4 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (3/4 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Onion Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Dried Dill Weed (1/2 teaspoon), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 teaspoon), and Fresh Cilantro (1 tablespoon) in a bowl.
Rub the seasoning on each side of the Top Round Roast (2 pound).
Arrange the Baby Carrots (16 ounce), Leek (3), and Button Mushroom (1 pound) in a roasting pan.
Pour Beef Bone Broth (1 1/4 cup) over. Sprinkle with Fresh Thyme Leaves (2 teaspoon), salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Place seasoned roast on a roasting rack and put the rack on top of the roasting pan. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until meat is 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
Remove from the oven, loosely cover the roast with foil and let it stand for 5 minutes. Slice and serve with vegetables. Enjoy!
