Steep the Chai Tea Bags (2) and the Ground Turmeric (1 tsp) in the hot Coconut Milk (16 fl oz) . In this step, you can use a french press for easy pour and clean. Let steep for five minutes.
Step 2
Remove the tea bags and add liquid mixture to blender along with Ice (1 cup) , Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp) , Honey (1 Tbsp) , Almond Butter (1 Tbsp) , Banana (1) , chia seeds, and Coconut Flour (1 Tbsp) if using any. Blend and cool in the fridge for 1 hour.
