Step 1
Steep the Chai Tea Bags (2) and the Ground Turmeric (1 teaspoon) in the hot Coconut Milk (16 fluid ounce). In this step, you can use a french press for easy pour and clean. Let steep for five minutes.
Step 2
Remove the tea bags and add liquid mixture to blender along with Ice (1 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon), Honey (1 tablespoon), Almond Butter (1 tablespoon), Banana (1), chia seeds, and Coconut Flour (1 tablespoon) if using any. Blend and cool in the fridge for 1 hour.
