Dice the Green Bell Pepper (1). Dice the Onion (1). Chop the Fresh Cilantro (2 Tbsp). Mince the Garlic (1 clove).

Sauté Onion, Green Pepper, and Garlic in Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) until soft. Add these to a crock pot.

Brown Ground Beef (2 lb) in a pan on the stove. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (1 Tbsp). Add this meat to the crock pot.

Add GOYA® Red Kidney Beans (2 1/3 cups), Chili Powder (3 Tbsp), Ro-Tel® Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (2 3/4 cups), Green Pepper, Chili Beans (2 1/2 cups), Ground Cumin (2 Tbsp), and Tabasco® Original Red Pepper Sauce (1 Tbsp). Chopped jalapeños can be added for heat, but be careful they are spicy!

Cook in a crock pot for a minimum of 2 hours on high.

Serve the chili with shredded cheese, chopped onion, sour cream, crackers, etc.

Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
