Step 1
Preheat oven to 340 degrees F (170 degrees C).
Step 2
Mix Raw Almonds (1/2 cup) , Pepitas (1/4 cup) , Sunflower Seeds (1/4 cup) , Sesame Seeds (1/4 cup) , Maple Syrup (1/3 cup) , Butter (2 Tbsp) , Ground Cinnamon (1/4 tsp) , Cayenne Pepper (1/8 tsp) and Salt (1 pinch) in a bowl.
Step 3
Line a tray with baking paper and spread the mixture evenly in one layer.
Step 4
Place in the oven for 8 minutes.
Step 5
Stir the mixture evenly and bake for another 1-2 minutes, Allow some mixture to stick to your spatula and allow it to cool to room temperature. It will be crunchy when cooled, which means it is ready. Be careful it can burn easily at this point.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
