Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat the Bolognese Sauce (1 cup) and allow it cool slightly.
2.
Wash and dry Baby Cucumbers (20). Slice the top of the cucumber off lengthways and remove the seeds (save them for juicing or a salad).
3.
Add some Bolognese Sauce to each cucumber boat.
4.
Top with some Pickled Red Cabbage (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
