Step 1
Heat the Bolognese Sauce (1 cup) and allow it cool slightly.
Step 2
Wash and dry Baby Cucumbers (20) . Slice the top of the cucumber off lengthways and remove the seeds (save them for juicing or a salad).
Step 3
Add some Bolognese Sauce to each cucumber boat.
Step 4
Top with some Pickled Red Cabbage (to taste) . Serve and enjoy!
