Grease a 9x13" baking pan with Crisco (to taste). Spread the Pizza Dough (18 ounce) in the pan. Place String Cheese (6) around the perimeter of the pan.
Stretch the dough over and tuck under the cheese sticks.
Combine Tomato Paste (1 can), Water (1 1/2 cup) and bring to a boil. Add in Dried Oregano (1/2 teaspoon), Dried Basil (1/4 teaspoon), Salt (1/4 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), Granulated Sugar (1/4 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1/8 teaspoon), Onion Powder (1/8 teaspoon) and MSG (1/8 teaspoon).
Simmer the sauce for 35-40 minutes.
Spread the sauce on the dough before baking to keep the dough moist. Bake at 500 degrees F (260 degrees C) for 15 minutes.
Spread on Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (2 cup) and Pepperoni Slices (24 slice) and bake again for 10 minutes.
Broil for 2 minutes or the cheese is browned. Serve and enjoy!
