Step 1
Remove skin and bones from your
Salted Cod (1.1 lb)
if there are any.
Step 2
Place them in a large pot with water with
Whole Milk (1/3 cup)
and a pinch of
Salt (to taste)
. Boil for 40 minutes or until tender.
Step 3
Drain it and place it in a large bowl. Break it up into small pieces
Step 4
With a wooden spoon add 20 milliliters of
Whole Milk (1 Tbsp)
and start mixing vigorously. While mixing start pouring the
Vegetable Oil (3 Tbsp)
, super slow and in a steady motion. While doing so you should get a creamy texture.
Step 5
Adjust with
Salt (to taste)
and
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, add some chopped
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
and serve it right up.
