Cooking Instructions
1.
Remove skin and bones from your Salted Cod (1.1 lb) if there are any.
2.
Place them in a large pot with water with Whole Milk (1/3 cup) and a pinch of Salt (to taste). Boil for 40 minutes or until tender.

Drain it and place it in a large bowl. Break it up into small pieces
4.
With a wooden spoon add 20 milliliters of Whole Milk (1 1/3 Tbsp) and start mixing vigorously. While mixing start pouring the Vegetable Oil (3 1/3 Tbsp), super slow and in a steady motion. While doing so you should get a creamy texture.
5.
Adjust with Salt (to taste) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste), add some chopped Fresh Parsley (to taste) and serve it right up.

Fish requires 3 days of soaking beforehand.
