until relatively smooth. It’s okay if it's a little crumbly.
Spread the goat cheese mixture on the toasted bread (while it's still warm). Top with a sprinkle of
Pecans (1/4 cup)
Fresh Thyme Leaves (1/2 tsp)
Sea Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Before serving, drizzle each crostini with honey. Keep leftovers covered tightly in the refrigerator for a couple days.
