Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place
Baguette (1)
sliced on a baking sheet.
Step 2
Bake 10 -12 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix the
Plain Goat Cheese Log (2)
and
Honey (2 Tbsp)
until relatively smooth. It’s okay if it's a little crumbly.
Step 4
Spread the goat cheese mixture on the toasted bread (while it's still warm). Top with a sprinkle of
Pecans (1/4 cup)

Fresh Thyme Leaves (1/2 tsp)
,
Sea Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, if desired.
Step 5
Before serving, drizzle each crostini with honey. Keep leftovers covered tightly in the refrigerator for a couple days.
