You can prepare this the night before or the morning of, it is a great recipe to make ahead. Just bake it when you are ready for dinner.

Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
In a deep plate, whisk the Eggs (2) to create an egg wash. Add Lemon Pepper Marinade (1 cup) to the egg wash.
Step 3
Dip the Tilapia Fillets (4) in the egg wash marinade, then lightly dredge in Seasoned Breadcrumbs (1 cup) .
Step 4
Pour Olive Oil (1/2 cup) into a baking dish. Add half the Onions (1/2 cup) and half the Bell Peppers (1/2 cup) into the baking dish and spread as evenly as possible.
Step 5
Add the rest of the Olive Oil (1/2 cup) into a separate container with the remaining chopped Onions (1/2 cup) and Bell Peppers (1/2 cup) . Place the breaded fish in a single layer in the baking dish.
Step 6
Sprinkle the rest of the oiled onions and peppers over the fish. Bake for 25 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
Step 7
Serve with salad, rice, potatoes. The options are endless!
