Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a deep plate, whisk the Egg (2) to create an egg wash. Add Lemon Pepper Marinade (1 cup) to the egg wash.
Dip the Tilapia Fillet (4) in the egg wash marinade, then lightly dredge in Seasoned Breadcrumbs (1 cup).
Pour Olive Oil (1/2 cup) into a baking dish. Add half the Onion (1/2 cup) and half the Bell Pepper (1/2 cup) into the baking dish and spread as evenly as possible.
Add the rest of the Olive Oil (1/2 cup) into a separate container with the remaining chopped Onion (1/2 cup) and Bell Pepper (1/2 cup). Place the breaded fish in a single layer in the baking dish.
Sprinkle the rest of the oiled onions and peppers over the fish. Bake for 25 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
Serve with salad, rice, potatoes. The options are endless!
